Warranty

At Outland Canine Co, we make safety and durability our #1 priorities in product design and material sourcing. However, we understand that repairs or replacements may be necessary. Therefore, all of our products are covered by warranty.

Our warranty covers assembly and hardware issues such as: Breakage or malfunctions of O rings, snap hooks, and rope clamps.

Our warranty DOES NOT cover damage due to pets, normal wear and tear, or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

Biting, chewing, or scratching damage, changes in rope texture, oxidation or finish fading on hardware, natural color changing of rope due to sun exposure and environmental factors.

Shipping costs associated with sending us products in need of repair/replacement are to be covered by the customer. Please contact us immediately to report a warranty issue.
